What YSF Live does

YSF Live passively observes publicly transmitted Yaesu System Fusion network metadata to help operators find active reflectors. No voice audio is recorded, stored, transcribed, or sold.

Information we may process

The service may process reflector identifiers, reflector names, reflector status, transmission timestamps, decoded amateur-radio callsigns, approximate transmission duration, and basic request-security logs such as IP address and user agent.

How callsigns are used

Callsigns are displayed only in the context of activity observed on a reflector. YSF Live does not provide callsign search, operator profiles, movement tracking, or long-term individual activity pages.

Retention

Observed transmission metadata may be retained for up to 30 days for reflector activity history and service troubleshooting. Security logs may be retained temporarily as needed to protect the service.

Sale and advertising

YSF Live does not sell personal information, does not run targeted advertising, and does not provide observed operator data to data brokers.

Third-party services

Cloudflare may process connection and security data when delivering and protecting the website. Its handling of that data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Accuracy and removal requests

Network observations can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Reflector owners may request a correction, opt-out, or removal by contacting [email protected].

This policy may be updated as the project changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
